  1. Go to POS > Catalog > Open Catalog

  2. Select the items/products being ordered

  3. Click “Save Order” at the bottom part

  4. The Pre-defined Tickets (tables) set will show up

    1. You can change the table name by clicking the “Custom Ticket” button

  5. Select the Table name and hit Save

  6. Your Order will now show on the Open Orders list

    💡 Reminders:

    1. When saving orders - your cashier name will not be editable - this is based on login used in POS

    2. Elapsed time is based on the order creation / update time and date


  7. You may filter or sort orders based on:

    1. Time

    2. Cashier Name

    3. Ticket#/Name/Phone

    4. Total


How to Reassign a ticket to other cashiers:

  1. Go to POS > Catalog

  2. On the Checkout screen - click “Open Orders” at the left lower part of the screen

  3. A pop-up window of open orders will show up

  4. Click on the checkbox next to Ticket#/Name/Phone of the order

  5. Click Reassign order button

  6. Select Cashier Name and click "Reassign"

    You may now confirm that the open order ticket has been assigned to other cashier

    💡You may select multiple open tickets to reassign to cashier by ticking the tix boxes 


How to Merge tickets:

Merging open order tickets that belong to the same customer or group streamlines order tracking. Instead of managing multiple tickets, staff can manage a single consolidated ticket, reducing complexity.

  1. Tick all boxes of open/save order tickets assigned to a specific customer

  2. Then click the "Merge" icon above to merge the selected tickets

  3. Select a main ticket where all tickets will be merged under

  4. Click "Merge"

    That's it! you are able to merged open orders of a specific customer.


Checkout process for the merged open order ticket

  1. Click open order tab

  2. Navigate the cursor to the open order ticket and click on "View"

  3. Choose mode of payment to checkout
