DizLog shift report in a Point of Sale (POS) system is a document or summary that provides an overview of transactions, sales, and other important information for a specific shift period. It is typically generated by POS terminals or software at the end of each shift and serves as a record of activities conducted during that time.
How to view Shift report :
From Left pane click "Reports" dropdown list
Click "POS Reports"
Navigate to lower part of the page, under "Cash Register" report click "Shift Reports".
To be able to gather accurate report make sure to filter the Shift History by "Date", Which "Register" and "Location".
Shift Report will provide you initial page report as, Opening and Closing Balance, Pay-in and Pay-out, Total Amount Rendered, Total # of transactions, Variance, Opened and Closed at of Cash Register per Shift
By clicking on the shift row add a way to see the detailed information about the specific shift. similar to the details below.
Breakdown of :
a, Opened date and time
b. Closed date and time
c. Cash register changes overall (opening amount, Cash Sales, Refund, Payins, Payouts, Closing amount, Variance) ** this is similar to the X/Y report in POS
d. Per employee breakdown
