Employee access to the application is automatically disabled when last employment date is entered. Remember to pay all unpaid pay runs before recording employee’s last employment date.
To record employee separation, select the employee from the list of employees and tap on the Edit (pen) icon. In Employment details tab, enter Last Employment Date and tap on the Update button to save.
Choose which feature you are using:
From the left pane of the dashboard click "Employees" and navigate to click "HRMS"
Click on "✎ pencil icon " across Employee name
Click on "Employee Details"
Navigate to "Last Employment Date" to update the employee's last employment date
💡 Once last employment date has been set the employee access should be removed/deactivated from the system.
