All offline transactions will be displayed in the Order Management section and will be tagged as unsynced.

Once your device is back online, all offline transactions will automatically be synced and will be under the Paid Status.

When your Mobile or Tablet devices loses internet connectivity, the "Currently Offline" banner will appear.

  1. You will still be able to access POS even your device is offline.
