Every business must adhere to a set of rules and processes in order to retain its professional image and brand. Simply returning an item is one of these. By following the correct procedures, your business will be able to process returns and refunds from your DizLog app quickly.

⚠️ Please keep in mind that returns and refunds are only available for items in the Goods Inventory Type.
Follow the steps:
💻 DizLog Web App:
To make an item returnable from item creation
:
Choose the "📦 Product / Services" option from the left pane under " Inventory / Catalog Mgmt ".
Click " ➕ Add Items
Fill in the product details
At the last part of the product details, toggle on the "Returnable Item" option under " Sales Information " tab.
Once all fields are filed with details, tap "Save" button.
To make an item returnable from existing items:
Choose the "📦 Manage Stock" option from the left pane under Inventory / Catalog Mgmt.
Look for the existing item to update and click "✏️" icon to edit
At the last part of the product details, toggle on the "Returnable Item" option
📱 For DizLog Mobile App
To make an item returnable from item creation
:
Choose the "Inventory / Catalog" option from the left pane from home page
Click " ➕ Add Item / Service" > " ➕ Add Item / Service"
Fill in the product details
Ensure that you selected "Goods" as your Inventory Type
After the low stock alert option, toggle on the "Returnable Item" button
Once all fields are filed with details, tap "Save" button
To make an item returnable from existing items:
Choose the "Inventory / Catalog" option from the left pane from home page
Look for the existing item to update and click "✏️" icon to edit
At the "Pricing tab", toggle on the "Returnable Item" option
Hit "Save"
