Best for restaurant or food & beverages business requiring to show checkout list of items to customer live

Updated over a year ago

DizLog's new feature Customer Display System is used in various businesses, particularly in the food business and hospitality, to provide information and feedback to customers during transactions or interactions. It serves as a communication tool between the business and its customers, enhancing the customer experience and streamlining the transaction process.

  1. Transparency and Trust: Displaying transaction details, prices, and items being purchased on a visible screen builds transparency and trust between the customer and the business. Customers can confirm that the information entered is accurate, reducing the chances of errors or misunderstandings.

  2. Faster Checkout Process: By displaying transaction details on the screen, customers can quickly confirm and verify the accuracy of the information. This speeds up the checkout process, leading to shorter lines and reduced waiting times.

  3. Reduced Errors: Clear communication of transaction information helps prevent errors caused by miscommunication between the cashier or employee and the customer. This results in fewer returns, exchanges, and customer complaints related to incorrect transactions.

  4. Accessibility: Large and clear displays are beneficial for customers with visual impairments, making it easier for them to verify transaction details independently.

  5. Queue Management: In businesses with high customer traffic, customer display systems can be used to display waiting times, order numbers, and other queue-related information, helping manage customer expectations.
